ur good and perfect gift got to go to the Doctor's appointment with us and was allowed to sit with us through the ultrasound! He was so amazed at watching this little life who is being knitted together inside Mommy's womb, move! He watched intently as the baby would  move arm's and legs and push the little head back and forth. He was in awe to hear the heartbeat, so very strong and fast. I told him this is what you looked like when Mommy and Daddy got to see you the first time. He could hardly believe that he was once so tiny. We asked the ultrasound tech "How big the baby was at this point"? She measured and told us about 4 and a half inches. Not very big at all but you could see the outline of the face. You could clearly see little arms, and legs, and hands. Clearly God's workmanship in the making. My eyes brimmed and pooled as I watched in silence. I had remembered a doctor many years ago telling me,"You will never be able to have children...

hear it as I ready myself in the mornings. The song of many red breasted Robins. They come every spring to lay their blue eggs in carefully woven nests into our pear trees. They sing their robin song so beautifully as if an act of worship to their Creator.                                  They rely on him to bring them their mate for the season. They rely on him to bring them and their tiny ones food for the day. Their robin song fills my ears every morning as dozens of them roost together before the sun rises to begin a fresh new day. e gather together the 5 of us at a very tasty place to eat. We bow and give thanks for husbands watching children, bringing us together in unity for fellowship with one another and for our meal. This our first time together outside of our  family small group. The thing that happened next was just the most wonderful thing I have ever experienced among women. Each one of them uncovered and shared humbly the broken pieces of their lives. I thought I was the only one who did this. Me I wear my feelings outward, not turned inward. I have learned over the years in my walk with Christ that in order to heal and to sharpen another, one must be willing to open themselves up to others. I just did not know that there were other women who felt the same way. I have been in groups with other women and within each group there was this common thread. fter to much waiting, My husband called to see if he could find out something about his colonoscopy/endoscopy results. It has been close to the three week mark and he has an appt. with the dr. this week for her to tell him. I remember her words clearly , if it is cancer, you will hear from me immediately but if not you will receive a letter in the mail.                                                                          Waiting, waiting,waiting, patiently waiting some more.
